Please note: Our stylists reserve the right to not provide service to persons who’s demands we feel we can not fulfill to thier satisfaction. We can refuse service to anyone we feel intoxicated, verbally abusive or threatening in any way.
CANCELLATIONS MUST BE 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. This courteous act of communication allows us to service other guests.
DEPOSITS are required for any chemical or lengthy services.
ALL DEPOSITS ARE CREDITED TO YOUR SERVICES the day of appointment.
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE and are ONLY TRANSFERABLE ONE TIME as long as original appointment is cancelled 24 hours in advance AND next appointment is scheduled within 3 weeks Or deposit is forfeited.
** Chemical treatments include but are not limited to color, Brazilian blowouts, Olaplex treatment, perms, facials, wellness treatments, etc.
If appointment ends up being a “No Show “ 100% of the missed service fee will be applied and due BEFORE the next appointment can be scheduled .

RUNNING LATE ? Original appointment can not be guaranteed if arriving. 15 minutes or later .If we are able to service you , a $10 LATE CHARGE will be added. You will be treated as “walk-in” , meaning appointments arriving on time will start first.
CURRENT PRICING FOR SALON SERVICES IS LISTED ON ”OUR SERVICES” PAGE. Your stylist is more then willing to give a price quote before any service is performed. Just ask ! 😄
