Welcome

A “no show” is any scheduled appointment that results in a client not showing up without notice. A deposit will be required to book the next appointment. This is non refundable should the appointment result in another “no show”.
‼️DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED for any color or ** chemical process including wellness services , of $50 (or 50% for services less than $50). This deposit will be credited to your final service charge. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE no matter the reason. Deposits WILL still be credited to your rescheduled appointment IF made within a 3 week window of your canceled appointment. Additionally if an appointment is canceled & rebooked 2 times the deposit will be non refundable but we will honor the credit if rebooking a 3rd appointment within 2weeks. Should a 4th appointment be made,  a credit card will need to be on file ; 50% of the service will be required to be paid up front.  (Minimum $100 or more depending on service) 

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANY  “REPEAT “ OFFENDERS of “no shows” or cancellations!

** Chemical treatments include but are not limited to color, Brazilian blowouts, Olaplex treatment, perms, facials, wellness treatments, etc.
